Dovydas Giedraitis
Senior care entrepreneur from Lithuania with over 17 years in the care sector. Owner and founder of Senjorų Eldoradas, a modern senior residence, and founder of Slauga24.lt, Lithuania’s leading booking and comparison platform for senior residences, connecting families with more than 216 care facilities. In 2020 he also co-founded the National Association of Advanced Care Homes. Fluent in Lithuanian and German, with professional experience in both countries.

Felix Ziebell
Eight years of product development in the digital economy, from brand work for corporates to platform development in the SME segment. As product owner he translates care reality and business model into a concrete product: what gets built, for whom, in which order. Customer-journey thinking, agile delivery, clear prioritisation. His talent: turning diffuse requirements into products that actually hold up in everyday use.

Sebastian Martens
Over 15 years of software and platform development, from the frontend to cloud architecture. Has built and led development teams in agencies and corporate environments and automated processes with AI across the development lifecycle. A developer through and through, with the ambition to make technology invisible and reliable.
